Baking animation

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if its possible to convert inverse IK animation on a quadraped to forward IK or bake the animation to the bones so I can delete the IK setup, as this seems to cause probs with the redirection tool.

if u get the alias bonus tools for maya,
there is an option to bake IK into clips!!
