How do I get all vertices to snap together to something

Some setting of mine got messed up.

Let's say I have five vertices, all in different XYZ coordinates. I used to be able to snap (while holding V) to point and all the vertices will snap to the point in that axis.

Now when I do that, all my vertices will retain component spacing, even though I've uncheck retain component spacing in my Move tool settings.

Any ideas?

Solved.

The Move Axis under the Move Tools Setting must be under world (radio button).
