particles dont render

Allo user added image

I have set up a scene with a bunch ob objects in it and i want them to get wet in the rain. I have also set up a particle system that looks like rain but whenever i try to batch render it i get an error saying that the particles have been skipped. They render out normaly but when i do a batgch render it doesnt work.

Please help, the only thing i canb think of would be to render each frame indivisually and that would take hours.
