Hehe, I'm not so good in texturing, I rather model and animate with char. setup ... Eyes are tuned with blinn shader, ramp texture mapped on colour channel a red bloody places are made by mapping marble texture to one(in this case white) colour of the ramp. Nothing so dificult ...
