Shoulder and knee deformation issues

Hello there!

Im currently making a rig for Second Life and due to the fixed ammout of bones I can use im having to get very creative when painting weights to get proper deformation.

As of right now, my elbo and lower arm are ent making that nice almost 90 degree anglke upon turning normally.

The elbow joint is in the center of the mass in the elbow area. Initialy it was bending and shrinking the mesh, but ive adjusted and gotten it to a point where its starting to look better. Ill post a photo or two later for more reference.

any plugins or suggestions welcome.
Cheers
