Duplicate to referenceplane

Hello
I have made a grasstraw that I want to duplicate to every vertex on my plane that has 100x100 divisions, the vertexpoints on my plane have been moved so that the rows of grass will look more random and realistic. I think you understand what I want to achieve, maybe this is something that should be done without a plane?
