Texture help

I have a shader that has a file for the transparentcy. How can I put it back to manual mode? (When the box next to transparentcy is checkered)

Delete the transparency file maybe, the one in the lowerpart of the Hypershade? If you have it set for a file that is. Hope this helped.

Do you mean unmap the transparancy attribute? Right click the transparancy attribute and select Break Connection. This doesn't necessarily delete the file, it just unmaps it from the attribute.
