Does anyone know of any good tutorials on using Maya's Muscles? Are they even really used in production?

Could we get a tutorial were we get to learn blend shapes. Like maybe do some sort of Were-wolf or other Were-Creature. Were we get to see it transform from man to wolf and throw in some maya hair ect.

It's just a thought, unless of course you already have a tutorial on it and I've just over looked it?

Thanks again,

I'd love to see a tutorial covering all the normal render passes for example ambient (even though there is already one) , beauty, reflections, shadows and dof (particularly this one) . (Or any other industry standard passes iv'e missed out)
Cheers,

mouseyflash, check out this tutorial we just put out it covers the basics of render passes in maya and comping them in nuke.
