connect 2 edge (bridge tool exists ?)

I want to connect 2 edges one to another or all to a center (see picture belov) in other software there is a bridge tool, I try in maya merge multiple edges and fill hole but doesnt works.
Any help ?

I would extrude the top 2 edges down and merge all of the vertices together to fill it in.

try the "Append to Polygon" Tool
in polygons>append to polygon

with this tool, you just click on one of those edges and click the other edge where it should be connected to

its a very simple tool, but it works user added image
