Very nice. Any chance of a close up on some of that texture work? The one that looks a bit like crusty lava is great.

Textures for each version of the naga took me a day (8 hour work day with 1-hour lunch break) to complete. The Model itself took 2-3 days.

as for the tail it was modeled straight for animation purposes, later on i was given a rigged version of the model since our guy who does the rigging and animation also does the UVs and he had gievn me the rigged version which had the completed UVs for me to work with. I had posed the tail in a few and forgot to in others =P

wow! that lava one is awesome! i was just thinking if you could animate the hot lava part of the texture so it moved around in the cracks of the cool lava texture...that would be sweet!

A Naga would be in DungeonĀ“s & Dragons a species of serpent-like-culture.
Nagans look like snakes and such.
