Arm modeling help

I need some help trying to figure out how to model the arm?

We have a tutorial on modeling hands on youtube, it was made by Jay who's a really good modeler it will help you with the topology a lot so have a look at it.

is this tutorial only the hand? or both the hand and forming the arm?

Its just the hand but the Chef ramsay tute has the full arm
