Creepy...

Hey guys. I was looking thru some old photos of mine and came across these from my trip to New York back in '86. They struck me as kinda eerie. They are a rare glimpse from the top of the World Trade Center on the 110th floor observation deck. The left is overlooking the Hudson River towards New Jersey. The right one is looking down at 1 World Plaza. If you notice, that dark circle area at the bottom right is a fountaing. Well, the gold sphere in the middle was the only thing left standing after the 9/11 tragedy.

In the left pic, that brige in the lower right corner is where NYFD Ladder 7 ( I believe) sought refuge as Tower 1 fell.
