changed the horns and tweaked the nose, chin (thanks to jimmy hill for that reference user added image ) and the ears. added a bit of colour to the eyes

created a body to attach the head to. pretty basic - got the reference from fineart.sk again. will modify to look a bit older decrepid(sp?) looking at pictures of gollum for ref.

Anyways, i love the model so far, it really looks nice user added image. Just he does remind me of some kinda powerranger with horns. I would like to see what you end up doing to this man user added image, so far the model is great, just doesnt have that "evil" look to him... thats not the real challenge though, so this would definately be in the "hell" category, just not in the "evil hell" category user added image. Keep it up.

cheers guys,

vectorman - I def need more detail but that is where I get stuck - adding detail to the body - I find it really hard to progress past this point user added image

contrast - the main chest/abdomen area was nurbs - arm was nurbs - think leg was polys - head was polys - converted thorax and arm to polys and then combined and merged verts. Took a bit of tweaking after that to smooth it out.
