import keyframes from another file?

Hey I want to know if it is possible to import keyframes from another file?

The thing is.. I'd like to import some animation I did from a previous saved version. The previous version and the current one both use the same reference file.

Ok, theres probably an easier way, but heres what i would do.

Lets say you have scene. And in your scene you want to import FROM, you have multiple objects.

1) Go to the scene you wish to improt FROM. Delete everything you wish NOT to import. save it as a different file.

important: Save as a DIFFERENT file or else you'll lose everything youve done so far.

2) Go to you new scene. Go file > Import > and select the NEW scene you just saved,

voila! You now have your old object along with its keyframes in your new sceen.
