Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Livingroom

I like the reference pic kurt used in a tutorial from one of his tuts. I modeled out the basic room and made my own changes.

Looks good, but the couch doesnÕt look smoothed enough. Also, try saving the image as a .png or .tif for some better image quality.

Besides that, it looks really good! user added image

Excellent job! Thanks for sharing. I purchased and downloaded the livingroom tutorials, but I've been too busy to try them. Now, after seeing your work, I am motivated to give the tutorials a try.

I love the detail out the front window too, really cool. Nice work on the modeling.

thanks every little detail counts with modeling. I try to make my scenes as detailed as possible without spending to much time on one scene.
