Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

animation?

hey peoples, i'm making an animated short with facial and body animation and wondering if anyone can help me with a few questions. I have a poly charactered model with the head and body still separated. I still need to texture, make facial morphs, skin and eventually I would like to render the model in subDs.
I just wanted to know the correct order of how about to go and do this. I've tested with simply objects and it seems i have to go in this order.

1. Texture the head and body
2. Convert to subDs
3. "Combine" and weld the head and body together
4. Skin the character

and then i'm good????

Appreciate the help, thanks
