Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

2D: Character Concept

Let me introduce you to the diabolical Dr. Bronze. The mad scientist bent on the destruction of the... hrmmm. giving away too much of the story here. Better save some for the animation. user added image

it's a really nice style there, even as a 2d drawing it seems to have latent menace (although I get the impression he may be one of these villans that nothing ever goes right for user added image) I think that the name doesnt really do him justice how about something a little more extravagent? after all if he is a mad doctor then he needs a good name

Well Pure_Morning, his name is Dr. Bronze because, if you couldn't really tell by his color, he's bronze (long drawn out story as to why he's bronze skipped due to time constraints user added image). Let's just say it was one of those "smelting" mishaps like Goldmember. user added imageuser added image

Anyway, you hit it right on the head when you said, "I get the impression he may be one of these villans that nothing ever goes right for". Exactly! He's evil but he still needs lots of practice. Just to give you a hint, the goodguys in this thing are going to be bunnies. user added image
