quick renaming joints

when quick renaming joints there is always added a "1" at the end of the name so i still have to rename them in the hypergraph. no big thing but is there a way to avoid that? tnx.

just click on the joint and change it in the channel box

Or In Maya 5 there is a rename joint menu just do one joint and Maya does the rest!!!

Yeah Dude, thats the one save doing all over again but also check out Modify>prefix hierachy names too, this will change naming conventions too
