Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

I don't have to scroll so I don't find it to be an issue but it is off center. Only problem I have is that I feel really boxed in that small space and that thick white border.

Have a link to download your showreel in higher quality, the youtube compression is'nt doing many favours.

Looks ok to me really.

interesting website

awesome reels! i dont think i've seen you work before now
by your final year i take it you mean that was your honours year?
what was the purpose of the project?

btw, don't actually take this seriously because i'm not an employee, i just read this somewhere
you shouldn't put your picture onto your cv. (there's nothing wrong with your picture, but it's generally a bad idea... i think)

and your interests make you look like you dont get away from the computer (no offence >.<, you still have my respect from those reels). ok, you paint, but it's overshadowed from the other interests...
not sure if that's a bad thing though

i'm not very good at judging people so you can ignore what i just said

I think the animation is great, i really enjoyed it.

Great site!

I think the icons for Maya, Photoshop and others should have the product name somewhere, such as underneath. Not everyone who visits knows what they are. If that would interfere with the look and feel, maybe the name and perhaps the description (3D for Maya, 2D for Photoshop, for example) could appear somewhere when the cursor is held above the icon or something similar.

It does?

It doesn't happen to require Java or Flash does it? I have those two disabled in my browser...

by the looks of things its all just html text

the names of the icons appears in the alt label (i dont know what they are called... i just remember writing in links alt = <name that appears when you mouse over>)

although the entire front page is just a picture

maybe your computer is broken :p
