Rigging

hey guys i'm moddeling a mech and i'm just testing to see how the parts animate... just wondering... how do i tie a bone to a bit of the model in the Hypergraph?

You'd parent the object to the bone. If you just want parts of it, you'd do an actual skeletal binding and adjust the vertex weighting, etc. We have a few rigging tutorials here.

well i dont want anything to flex or bend, it's a mech so the parts need to stay solid, any ideas?
