Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Tournament #2 - Morpher VS Mumbojumbo - RND 1

Alright, this tournament round goes on for 5 days. It will then go on for one day after that, when it will be voted for. If you vote for one, please vote for the rest of them as well. Also, if the next day there are not at least 3 votes on one side, the mods will judge the winner. Have a great time and this round is on:

Underwater Creature user added image.

Textures are a must.. but can be as little as lamberts and blinns user added image. The two battlers for this thread are:

Morpher
and
Mumbojumbo

I will start with my model tomorrow. I think I will try to model the same type of fish, but in a mush more aggresive looking wayuser added image. I think it is a good idea to model the same type of fish because it is then easier to decid for the users who should win this round of the tournament.

Is that not the coolest fish ever?

Mumbo- I like the toungue sticking out at us user added image and that he is kinda cross eyed. maybe have him looking at the glowing light crossed eyed? heh heh.
