Right PSU

Hello all.

Just need to know whether 500W SMPS is sufficient for this system or should i go for more.

INTEL PENTIUM 4 2.5GHZ CORE2QUAD DESKTOP COMPUTER
-INTEL ORIGINAL DP45SG MOTHERBOARD WITH INTEGRATED AGP & SOUND
-4GB DDR3 RAM KINGSTON (2GB X 2)
-500GB SATA HARD DISK SEAGATE
-IBALL 500W SMPS
-20” SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR
-GTS250 GRAPHIC WITH 1GB RAM

Check out what the GFX card needs as a minimum.

Checked nvidia website. Its says minimum system power requirement is 450 W.
A stupid question but considering other equipments that will consume power (monitor, processor,speakers etc.) should i go for more?

I would, though it probably would be ok I would go for a bigger one just in case and to give you extra overhead
