UV Tutorials

Can anyone recommend the best SM UV mapping and texturing tutorial out of the ones available here on DVD?

It drives me nuts figuring out the best way to unwrap UVs and I am looking at ways of improving my ability in this area.

The Apache texturing is pretty good , but depending on what you are planning to texture might mean you want an organic tutorial in which case any of the hippo or oliphant are equally as good .
