Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Adding "decals" or "stickers" to a textured model

Okay, I'm looking for a tutorial or some direction here--any help?

I have several objects in a scene, all are identical. I've textured them. Now I need to add a "decal-like" image to each of these models (a unique image for each).

How do I go about doing this? Any direction, tutorials, etc. is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hey INOX

There is a decal tutorial in the ferrari remastered tutorial set on this site. look at tutorial 24. (if you can buy it that is). It creates a shader for the front windscreen using a layered shader. So you could just look for a layered shader tutorial

hope this helps
