Help! I've done something to my dog!

Hey,

After hours engrossed in making my complete dog polygon perfect i think i hit something by accident and now my dog looks weird. Where it used to be fairly smooth now its very squarey, ie. each polygon is much more visible and it isnt smooth anymore. (it might be just the shading im not sure.

I didnt notice straight away and now theres nothing in history to tell me what ive done.

Suprize suprize my last save was hours and hours ago.

Can anyone please help?
