Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

You can't just create them yourself? They're just simple cubes.

This is actually pretty easy. You create the one stair, then do a duplication (control-D) and duplicate them according to how many and how steep you want them. You can even do a spiral staircase (that is usually the first example they give you in a book).

Then, just make the handrails and such. Practice making stairs up to like a beach house for your first try.

You'll get it...good luck.
