I just read this.

LONDON, June 13 (Reuters) - A British comedian could face criminal charges over the death of a "sensitive" shark after he jumped into a tank at an aquarium in the nude, the Daily Telegraph newspaper reported.

The 12-year old smooth hound shark -- which measured three feet (0.91 metres) -- died suddenly two days after Guy Venables jumped into its tank as a publicity stunt at the Brighton Sea Life Centre, southern England.

"This variety of shark is susceptible to stress. We are very concerned he died as a result of seeing Mr Venables jumping into the tank," Sea Life Centre's Lisa Handscomb told the newspaper.

"The shark is being examined by our biological services team and if it is found that he died from stress, we will prosecute Mr Venables for criminal damage."

i've also red this some days ago.... and i think journalists have nothing interesting to write in the summer.... thats horrible! perhaps its too hot for there brains user added image

is this just here or all over the world?

i dont know. Here is USA we got the same news. Bush makes up new words, We bombed another place. People did some stuff somewhere and we are going to bomb them too now.

...Why would they prosecute a guy for jumping in a tank w/a shark in it? If ne thing, shouldnt the guy be dead, and not the shark?

hmm... a shark (only 0.91meters) in an aquarium... he definitly had attack the guy if they hadn't feed him for some days... but this is unforunatly not the case user added image

Hybrid, Attempting Suicide is illegal, because if it wasnt and you tried to do anything they could not hold you or release you to a mental facility because your not breaking any laws.

So they had to make it illegal or they woudlnt be able to do anything.
