render problem

I am having problems with my renders. The textures all seem to have a odd gradient and the car paint shader does not seem to be reflecting. I am having this problem with anything I render and any suggestions are much appreciated.

could you describe your lighting setup?

Do you have an environment to reflect?

As Neo said, you shouyld post up render software, lighting set up etc etc
