Camera Manipulation Handles

OK, I create a camera then hit the 'T' key to get the manipulation thingy. The first click shows the point of interest, the second shoes the pivot point and by clicking in the cycle to highlight it it makes it active. But I cannot figure out what the third is or how to control it since it disappears into the far clipping plane.

Is it angle of view and focal length? Mind you they are related so its one and the same thing...

Tickety boo and ta ta for a bit...

It is for controlling the near and far clipping planes. By default they are at 0 and 1000 so it's pretty difficult to move them using the manipulation tool. Enter something like 5 and 20 in the attribute editor and you should see them better.
