That's actually how Jason Lee got the part....it was based on his ranting and raving in the movie, "Dogma."

Did anyone else notice the 2 old men standing on the street during one of the battle sequences? There was too much laughter in the theater, so i missed their lines, but I got the joke. The 2 old men were the last remaining of Disney's 9 old men, Frank Thomas (who has since passed away) and Ollie Johnston. Classy homage.
