Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

looking good younglion!

A couple of things that stand out to me though, are the eyes which look too close together - he almost looks cross eyed - your eyeballs actually angle outwards anywhere from 5 to 15 degrees on the Y axis and I think the whole eye socket could do with being pulled away from the nose just a touch...

Also, his jaw line - it just looks too square - even someone with a strong jaw line does not have a right angled jaw - the curve under the chin should slope down towards the neck - you never really see a sharp angle.

keep up the good work mate!

holy cow young! i love the detail you put into him and including his mouth... it looks good and remind me of spawn's face. keep up the good work man, cant wait to see the final render.

lol at them pictures which Mike posted up... the first one looks like his muscles are shaped as a jetpack for the back .. :p

Marlon

[EDIT: including his mouth, not excluding it... woopps]

I understand that you are going for a comic book look here, but that line down the spine is far too exagerated. Make it far more subtle and it will look 100% better. Also he looks really angry, is that the intention?

looking nice younglion user added image

you could probably do with a little rounding off of the muscles in the lower back and straightening the 2 small lumbar support muscles. Adding some eye placeholders will be good to help sort out the outer edge of the eye as it still looks too bulged out.
Are you going to do anything with the mouth too or just keep it like when neo has his problems in the matrix?
Either way this is looking good user added image

I just found this site with some lovely pictures of anatomy drawings faded into real photos.
It'll really help with my lifedrawing and I thought it might be useful for your anatomy study here younglion user added image

Flash only and it has some nudity so beware at work:
