This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Blue Groundling

Hi,
I did this early up in the year. This was my first character I designed and modeled, textured, and rig.
The character was done in Maya but the background was done using Vue 5.
Tell me what you think.

I like it, got a rayman style to it, but I think that you should also do a cartoonish background to it.

Keep it up. user added image

Glad you like it. :attn:
I did consider putting him in his own world. but having him in a more realistic one contributes to the fact that he is truly lost and far from home.
