i think it is a bit too many lights. 2 of them on each side should be enough. this looks a bit like: oh we dont have quality lights? no problem, we compensate with many of them user added image

just my opinion though

I agree with babyduck onthis one. Although the lights look fantastic, theres just too many.

I say you should take out the 2nd one in from the outside (the small one), and the inner big one. I think if those were gone, itd look much better. user added image

Alright, time for a light update. I was going to go with 3 lights, but since the lights are so wide on the crx, i went with 4. I know there is a little problem with the light going throught eh side of the fender, but i will do that later. what do you guys think?

Just curious: How did you do the mesh grill in the front? A plane with a mesh image (alpha) plugged into the plane's transparency setting? The car's coming along really nicely.

Mesh? I did it the hard way... Which wasn't the smartest thing. I didn't figure out about alphas untill i already made the mesh. It is poly cubes, at 63 degree angles.. then union of all the polys

Yet another headlight... i can't seem to think of what i really want from the headlight... ah well what do you guys think? c&c?

p.s. i love the "aggressive" look that the car is starting to get.

I really need a chrome shader... i need HELP! lol
The lights and car would look totally different with a chrome shader

Try the silver ring shader from over at highend3d. That might work user added image
