Mudbox

How do i open a maya project in Mudbox?

You will have to export your Maya mesh as an Obj file.

Okay user added image But i cant save it as an object only as Mb and Ma

You have to export it, not save it.

Maya
Window -> Settings/Preferences -> Plug-in Manager

Find objExport in the list and load it. To make sure it loads every time you start Maya also tick the Auto Load option

You should now be able to import/export obj files

The problem is that i dont know how to do. I didnt understand how to do. Window-Settings/Preferences-plug-in manager. and after that ?

yeah, but.. after ive done that. How do i get it in ZBrush or Mudbox. Thats what i wanted to know

I don't know about Mudbox, but in Zbrush go to: Tool>> Import, and locate your model.obj
