UV mapping Smooth Proxy?

When I make textures for polys that are smoothed, should I do the UV mapping of the lowpoly object or the smooth proxy?

Liter is French for 'Gimme some ****ing cola before I break vous ****ing lips!"

I would recommend starting your UV mapping on the low poly model BEFORE you assign the smooth modifier. The you will likely have to do some cleanup to the higher poly model's UVs.
