Dual Processor

Does anyone knows if the G4 1.25 GHz DP from Apple supports Maya? If yes which version?

Yeah, it should. OS 10.2.6 preferably. I don't know about Maya 3.5.1, but 4.5 and I assume 5 should work fine.

Currently I operate Maya 4.5 on a DP 1 Ghz G4, so I don't see why the 1.25 Ghz wouldn't work. Check out AliasWavefront's hardware compatibility sheet for more specific info.

Nope. Paint FX. Their isn't any Fur for Maya on the Mac. Unless I got Joe's Shave and Hair Cut plugin. Not worth it though, at least not yet. Maybe if I can find a use for Fur I'd get it.

And the Avatar is changing. It's not meant to be freaky, but for some reason everyone thinks it is. I find that freaky... LOL

I changed it and stuff. Now you can sleep peacefully at night. Unless you frequently have nightmares... heh
