Very nice looking MP40. Can't wait to see the textured model when you finish it. I also would like to see those tuts.

hm..i tried to texture my mp40 but i have some problems with making a metallic shader...i downloaded some shaders from highend3d, but theres no shader which is good for a weapon.
can anyone of you help me or give me atut to make such a shader?

ok..thx guys for the nice and good feedback..
i made a shader..i dont know if i like it or not...so if anyone could give me tips how to make it better it would be nice...im nory very good at shading^^

i think the shader looks good but for an mp40 it should be a little darker and a little duller.
