Fashion Show Stage Modelling -Advice Needed

hey,

trying to model a fashion show stage/set for my cloth project, however im not exactly how to go around doing it, i know its a simple design, but im inexperienced in modelling and not sure whether to go for polygons or nurbs, i require a fair amount of detail, similar this one.

Anyone with any pointers?
thanks in advance!

it doesnt matter if u use nurbs or polys
u can get the same amount of details for both
and if u use nurbs u can always convert it into polys
i would start with the base of the stage.
modeling the chairs and place them in the right pose .
its really not that hard . just work step by step and model the diffrent objects in ur way ; poly, nurbs or both
