nurb fillet/trim not working

Hi guys,

i keep getting this error when i try to trim the centre out of a hole

"// Warning: Trim: changed to keep originals on; curves on surface have construction history with the dependency on the surface itself. //"

To give some background on the surface i'm trying to put a hole in...

its generated using the birail2 tool
i used the circular fillet tool to put my object through the surface
object through surface is made from curve and extrude
when i go to select the trim tool..it will only allow me to trim my object through the surface..i cannot delete the surface of the plane that i'm trying to cut the hole in....attached is an image of what i'm talking about.

Thanks for any help.

for anyone else who might have a similar problem..issue was that i didnt have my cutter object far enough through the surface so had to move some verts and all was well.
