Default mental ray shows hidden objects

Hey everybody
I'm having truoble with mental ray
When I batch render a scene it shows the invisible objects. For ex. I have a scene where at an exact frame an object's visibility turns off.The key is set so.When I curent render the frame it's OK, but when I batch render the frame the object stays there till the end.I fixed my problem by simply rendering up untill that frame, deleting the object and then continuing to render from that frame. It worked, but I still would like to know if I have to change some settings. It's a pain to leave your PC to render for 24h and then have to face with this.
