Default Problems downloading free tutorials

Hi,

I am trying to download a free tutorial but the download stops between 50% and 70% and I have to restart all over.
I then tried to use Flashget and I got this message here saying that I have accessed the site 150 times today and so far no complete download.

Talk to your ISP about the files stopping. Flash get bombards a site with thousands of connections attempts and as such is not allowed here.

Thank you David, I will talk to them to see what is the problem.
By the way I just tried to download again today not using the Flashget but still say that I have accessed this site 150 times today and it's not correct.

It takes some time for that to reset itself, if I'm not mistaken.
