Thumbs up Crit My Work!

Hi guys, i'm new to Maya, have been using Max for the last couple of years. I've done my own 10sec animation for myself and was looking for any tips, crit etc.. on timing, weight, expression, lip sync anything that will help me improve it, I would be very grateful, thanks......Jim
