Default Scale widget too small

Anybody know how to change the size of the widgets? I just installed Maya and all of the widgets are tiny...

For instance the move widget are just the 3 cone-shaped arrows on the end, there is no line to space them out. It's very difficult to grab the correct one. Zooming in and out doesn't change it at all.

Thanks in advance.
