blendshape weight painting

Ok now i have the most weird error ever.

So i want to paint my weights on blendshape, ok first thing i notice 1 out of 3 blends are not in the paint blend shape weights tool,

Ok no problem i'll try to figure it out with some other modifications.

So happely painting weights on the other two.

Ok so now i delete the layer were all the geomety was hiding, as i don't need it anymore, ok great i want to see if maybe just maybe i could paint that other blendshape, ow no there all gone haha

Just weird, has anybody ever come across this error, and have you found a workaround?

Anyways, btw i was painting weights as i already had weird dubble transformations on my geometry, and frankly i don't think i did something rong, i think it some weird combination with disapering in the weights painting tool.

Well in the end i painted the most importent part.

And you may ask go back and redo the blends, well i"v done that and i still got double transformations, so hmz, maybe i did do something rong, but i redid the important steps like go to bind pose and do the blendshapes, and i still get it.

But thats not the problems, it's the weird vanisching from my blend paint tool.
