Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

A maya dictionary

What about a reposit where you could find definition of all the terms used in maya ?

I had this idea, because despite of my quite good level in english (note : i am french), i hardly understand maya's documentation.

that would be a tad task to make.. try the maya library and go to glossary or index (dont know which)..... should help you and you would find every word used in maya there
