3ds Import Plugin for Maya 5

Really would appreciate it, if someone can lead,direct, or find me the "3dsImport.mll" plugin for Maya 5. A file or link would be okay too, cuz theres nothin at the main alias site for this sort of thing.

...well the 3ds import.mll shows up in the plugin manager all right, only problem is: IT WON'T LOAD So thats my dilema, tryin to get the right version of this plugin for Maya 5.

...ok thanks, now all I need is the 3ds and obj export, as well as the DXF import export plugins. Can't beleive I'm missing all these plugins !!!

There is a utility for Maya ($285?) where you can import and export practically any extension into maya you want. However I forget what its called... =( I'll be on the lookout for it though.
