The mesh as it is now will deform incorrectly. Make the edge loops like this. It will be better, and more anatomically correct.

Dam.. guess that means you only got two buttons then. Mayas nearly imposible without 3 buttons user added image


There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.

i think im gonna go back a step recreate the mouth better im not happy with his gums when i smooth poly it shows a step in his gums, also i have too many faces need less polys but when i reduce he goes all outta shape real bad.
