Default Render Preview Box?

SIMPLE question

i've seen before that some people can get a (i think green) box within the perspective window, which shows exactly what area will be rendered, within this box

how do i do this?

Its in the camera attributes in display settings, display resolution gate, you also have the options to display resolution and safe action gates.
