Default Scale tool settings

hi just a quick one.

My settings in scale tool seem to be missing important options

>the scale in normal, or world or object etc option tick.

Is there a way to bring this back in?

I'm using Maya 2009 and I've never had those options in my scale tool settings. I have several of those types of options for my move tool and a few for my rotate tool, but nothing like that for my scale tool. Unless you've seen those options before, I thinks it's just the way the softare is right now.
