UV mapping unwrap in Maya

Pleaseee need Help and advice ......user added image

I have head modelling like the file which I attached below and UV unwrapping file also...
I so confused because the left and right side not get same size.. as I looked to the references,
it's always have the same size, is there any way to make it same without manually move it???

do u mean that one side of the head uv map is different from the other? if they are the exact same you can delete one side of the uv map map, duplicate the remaining side, flip it then reattach it by merging the vertices.
